Returns and Exchanges?
For products that are in new condition, with receipt, we offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase, and store credit thereafter. We are happy to facilitate shipping both ways but you'll cover the cost of postage. Of course, if you're exchanging because of a quality issue, we'll fully cover shipping both ways.

International shipping?
Yes indeed. We'll calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay. We want everyone to be able to enjoy Vermont near and far, so we do our best to keep the postage costs low for international orders. When we ship international orders they'll be marked as "merchandise" with the actual price paid. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Some international orders will only receive delivery confirmation.

Will I get tracking info?
Yep! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 0-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - we use PayPal to process those transactions, but nothing is required on your end, no Paypal account needed. 

How long before my order will arrive?US orders should arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders within a 4-10 business days, however this varies from country to country based on the customs department. If your package is delayed beyond the 6-10 business days, please call your local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about the status of the not yet delivered package. In some rare instances it can take up to 8 weeks for the package to be delivered internationally.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of all the items in the order, multiple items will result in a reduced rate per item overall, this is calculated on checkout before you pay. Currency is in USD.
